RU students are accepted to an array of colleges every year, including some of the nation’s most prestigious and competitive schools. In the last three years, RU graduates have attended an impressive list of schools, including: Columbia, Syracuse, Pratt School of Design, McGill University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, University of Chicago, UMASS Amherst, University of Vermont, College of the Atlantic, Hamilton College, Hampshire College, Macalester College, Middlebury College, and St. Lawrence University.
Thanks to our growing Scholarship Endowment, students graduating from Randolph Union High School collected over a quarter of a million dollars in grants last year to help pay college expenses.
Each year, our students participate in numerous international exchanges with our sister schools in Shizukuishi, Japan and Cuxhaven Germany. Plus, trips to destinations such as Spain, Canada, and Guadeloupe are offered on a regular basis.
The Orange Southwest School District serves students and families in the towns of Randolph, Braintree, and Brookfield, Vermont. Our three elementary schools provide services to students from pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. Randolph Union High School serves students from grades seven through twelve; and the Randolph Technical Career Center provides technical education services for juniors and seniors from communities throughout Central Vermont.
